Part one: RENT!
Most landlords and property managers require that your monthly take-home income is at least three times the monthly rent, and if you have a roommate, half your income must be three times your portion of the rent. While this isn’t always the case, you’ll likely need to be able to prove you have this income before you can rent any apartment.
- Go into your email/google drive and locate the document called, "RENT!"
- Create a footer and write your last name in the bottom-right corner.
- Go to this website to find rental information in the city and state that you plan to live.
- Record rental information based on your state.
- On the state page, find your city to find rental data for your city.
